What is the YMG?
The Colorado Younger Members Group was established in 1999 and its members are civil engineers 35 years of age or younger. The group is a stepping stone for young engineers and recent graduates to develop professionally via social activities and community service. These opportunities assist individuals in building a network of peers who are also in the early stages of their career. The group is very informal so come out and enjoy the fun! The younger members are comprised generally of civil engineers that have finished college and are 35 years old or younger. However, we encourage anyone who is interested in YMF to attend our meetings, professional development courses, and social activities. If you would like to be added to the e-mail list to receive monthly newsletters, please join.
The Younger Member Group Officers handle a variety of tasks including organizing / faciliting meetings, newsletters, finances, recruitment, and much more. Visit the Younger Member Group Officers page for current officer listings and contact information.
If you have an open position you would like to post on our job board, please contact Zach Fitzwater.
